Superior Landcare LLC dba Superior Rentals — Equipment Rental Agreement
v2026-08-24.1These are the terms of every Superior Rentals booking. At checkout they are filled in with your items, dates, and rates, and you sign them as a rental agreement — the signed PDF stored with your booking is the binding copy.

Rental Details
Daily Rate: as listed for each item in the catalog at the time of booking. Delivery Fee: quoted at booking, based on delivery distance. Security Deposit: $250 (refundable upon inspection). Start Date / Return Date: as selected at booking. 7 machine hours allowed per day of rental.
Late Return Fee
Renter agrees to pay 1.5× the daily rental rate for each additional day beyond the agreed return time.
Damage, Repair & Responsibility
Renter is responsible for all damage, misuse, missing parts, repairs, and downtime during the rental period. Superior Landcare LLC retains the right to deduct repair costs from the deposit and/or bill renter for additional damages if the deposit does not cover the total. Renter agrees to: operate equipment safely and only for its intended purpose; follow all manufacturer and legal safety guidelines; accept full responsibility for the condition of the equipment while in possession.
Liability & Indemnification
Renter assumes full liability for any injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during the rental period. Superior Landcare LLC assumes no responsibility for accidents, misuse, or negligence. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Superior Landcare LLC against any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from use or operation of the equipment.
Overdue / Non-Return Clause
If equipment is not returned within 24 hours of the due time, Superior Landcare LLC reserves the right to: report the equipment as stolen; bill renter for the full replacement cost of the equipment; recover the equipment at renter's expense.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation 48 or more hours before the start date; the reservation fee is refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date, or no-shows, forfeit the reservation fee ($50 pickup / $100 delivery).
Notes
Security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after return inspection. Renter acknowledges receipt of equipment in good condition. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties.
